Terms and Conditions

By using the CACTUS app or the ordering page at cactus-sa.com, you agree to these terms. The service provider is Sabbar Alqahwa Trading Establishment (“CACTUS”).

Account

• Register with a Saudi mobile number that you own and provide accurate information.
• Your account is personal and may not be shared or transferred. You are responsible for activity through your account.
• We may suspend accounts for misuse or abuse of offers.

Ordering ahead

• Orders are for pickup at your selected branch. Displayed prices include VAT.
• Your order is sent to the branch after payment is confirmed. The branch has a limited time to accept it; otherwise, it expires automatically.
• Your selected arrival time is not a promised ready time. Check the order status in the app.
• If an item cannot be supplied because it is unavailable, you will be informed and the amount refunded.

Payment and refunds

• Electronic payments are processed through Moyasar (mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay).
• If a paid order is rejected or its acceptance period expires, the full amount is refunded to the same payment method within the timeframe determined by your bank.
• Once the branch accepts your order and starts preparing it, it cannot be cancelled unless the error is ours.
• Orders not collected on the day of purchase are non-refundable.

CACTUS Friends card

• Each purchased drink or ice cream earns one stamp. Desserts and water do not count.
• In-store purchases count only if the cashier adds your membership number to the receipt at the time of purchase.
• Every 7 stamps earn your eighth cup free: any drink or ice cream on the menu. Add-ons are charged for in-store orders.
• Welcome gift: one free cup on first registration, once per mobile number.
• Birthday gift: a free cup valid for 7 days from your registered birthday. Your date of birth is recorded once and cannot be changed.
• Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
• Stamps from cancelled or refunded orders are deducted. A reward used in an unfulfilled order is restored.
• Deleting your account permanently cancels your stamps and rewards.
• CACTUS may change or discontinue the programme with advance notice in the app, without affecting rewards earned before the change.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, create fake accounts, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

Liability

We make efforts to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruptions. This does not affect your rights under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
